Site Safety Information

Thank you for choosing to visit one of Clermonts' developments, you are most welcome. We should like to remind you to be aware of your surroundings and to appreciate that development sites have strict rules and regulations designed to ensure everyone's safety.

We operate a strict code of practice for employees and visitors alike and it would be helpful it you were to observe a few simple safety guidelines whilst on site.

  1. Please always take special care when entering and exiting any site, keep your speed low and be mindful of construction traffic, workers in close proximity to the road and the condition of the road surface itself which might be muddy or slippery and have loose chippings on the surface.
  2. Only park in spaces designated for visitors and keep strictly to only those footpaths and areas which will be signposted for your use.
  3. Always report to our Sales negotiator or Site manager and do not wander around the site unaccompanied at any time.
  4. Please always wear the high visibility vest and safety helmet that will be issued to you.
  5. Do not enter any house under construction at any time or revisit if unaccompanied by an authorised member of staff. Our tradesmen are not permitted to authorise entry at any time to visitors.
  6. Keep a safe distance from any plant/machinery/scaffolded/excavated, fenced off or materials storage areas and pay particular attention to moving vehicles or machinery with operators who might not be able to see you.

Your welfare is our number one priority so please help us to help you have a safe and informative visit.
